Freelance UX/UI Designers

<p>At Superside, we’re building a small, curated network of freelance UX/UI Designers to support our creative teams during peak workloads.</p> <p>We’re looking for designers who can create thoughtful, scalable digital experiences across websites, landing pages, product interfaces, emails, and design systems. You’ll go through a light vetting process so you’re ready to plug into projects with global brands when opportunities open. We keep our roster selective and focus on building long-term creative partnerships.</p> <p>This is not a one-off gig. It’s an opportunity to join a vetted pool of trusted freelance partners supporting enterprise-level creative and product work.</p>

<h3>What You'll Do</h3>

<li>Design user-focused digital experiences across websites, landing pages, product interfaces, emails, and mobile experiences.</li> <li>Translate business goals and user needs into clear, intuitive UX and polished UI solutions.</li> <li>Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.</li> <li>Apply and extend design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products and campaigns.</li> <li>Collaborate with strategists, creatives, developers, and project teams across multiple time zones.</li> <li>Design responsive experiences optimized for accessibility, usability, and performance.</li> <li>Contribute to UX audits, user journey improvements, and conversion-focused design recommendations.</li> <li>Use AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, content structuring, or design workflows where relevant.</li> <li>Present design decisions clearly and iterate based on feedback from internal teams and customers.</li> <li>Manage multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and high design quality.</li>

<h3>What You'll Bring</h3>

<li>Proven experience in UX/UI design across web, product, SaaS, or digital marketing environments.</li> <li>Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and polished visual design across multiple formats.</li> <li>Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, variants, and navigable prototyping.</li> <li>Experience working with complex design systems in Figma.</li> <li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.</li> <li>Strong UI design sensibility with experience designing product or SaaS interfaces beyond traditional marketing deliverables.</li> <li>Experience designing responsive websites, landing pages, product experiences, design systems, or editor-based interfaces.</li> <li>Experience designing content creation tools, native editing experiences, or scalable platform interfaces is strongly preferred.</li> <li>Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, accessibility, and usability best practices.</li> <li>Ability to turn briefs and business goals into intuitive user experiences.</li> <li>Experience collaborating with developers and cross-functional creative teams.</li> <li>Excellent English communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions clearly.</li> <li>Comfortable working independently in fast-paced, remote environments.</li> <li>Interest in AI tools and how they can enhance UX/UI workflows is a plus.</li> <b>Why Join us?</b><br/>Superside's vision is to create equal opportunities globally by accelerating the world’s transition to online work.
