We are looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician who enjoys hands-on technical work, problem-solving, and leadership, to play a key role in maintaining our stations and ensuring our emissions equipment operates at peak performance.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span> </span></p> <p><span><strong>Summary:</strong></span></p> <p><span>To provide preventative maintenance and technical field service support to all testing locations, and maintain the equipment and facilities following set schedules and procedures.</span></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span><strong>Job Description:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span>Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and calibration of all emission related equipment and other lane systems.</span></li> <li><span>Install, test and calibrate equipment to ensure peak performance. </span></li> <li><span>Assist in maintenance and/or repair of company electrical and electronic systems, such as alarms, network systems, and computer peripheral systems.</span></li> <li><span>Coordinate service calls and dispatch equipment technicians across assigned regions.</span></li> <li><span>Conduct scheduled routine maintenance tasks per established procedures.</span></li> <li><span>Lead and support field technicians, stepping in as acting manager when needed.</span></li> <li><span>Assist in the training and technical development of technical support staff.</span></li> <li><span>Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation.</span></li> <li><span>Work with subcontractors during installation, repair and/or maintenance of equipment.</span></li> <li><span>Other duties and projects as assigned.</span></li> </ul> <strong><span>Qualifications</span></strong> <p><span><strong>Skills &amp; Knowledge needed:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span>Knowledge of testing equipment, including digital voltmeters, and other types of test equipment.</span></li> <li><span>Knowledge of mechanical and electrical tools and equipment.</span></li> <li><span>Must be capable of properly lifting 75 pounds from ground level to chest level.</span></li> <li><span>Must be able to work independently and with little supervision.</span></li> </ul> <p><span><strong> </strong></span></p> <p><span><strong>Minimum Qualifications: </strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span>High School diploma or equivalent.</span></li> <li><span>4 or more years of field service experience.</span></li> <li><span>Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.</span></li> <li><span>Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when needed.</span></li> <li><span>Willingness to travel to station locations across state when needed.</span></li> <li><span>Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.</span></li> </ul>
