<p>  <strong><u>Position Summary:  </u></strong></p>

<ul> <li>Responsible for managing the planning and executing HR activities, programs and initiatives - creating a space for associates to gather and belong </li> </ul>

<ul> <li>Manage the onboarding of new associates and review all employment contracts </li> </ul>

<ul> <li>Be a part of something bigger by managing and facilitating the new associate's programs whilst liaising with other key departments leaders </li> </ul>

<ul> <li>Interview managerial candidates whilst supporting other departments throughout the recruitment process </li> </ul>

<ul> <li>Manage all areas of recruitment whilst following talent acquisition requirements </li> </ul>

<ul> <li>Strategically manage all aspects of the employee life cycle in collaboration with the Human Resources Team – inviting, welcoming and connecting with each associate </li> </ul>

<ul> <li>Plan, organize and execute Take Care events and activities, creating a caring community that empowers associates to grow and reach their full potential.   </li> </ul>

<ul> <li>Strategically create the hotel’s talent acquisition strategy, networking with local organizations and attending external recruitment fairs </li> </ul>

<ul> <li>Communicate performance expectations in accordance with job descriptions for each position </li> </ul>
