In return for your first class service to customers you will receive all needed training and development, a challenging career in Customer Service and work with an established team of like-minded individuals within an industry leader.<br/><br/> <strong>Requirements:</strong> <ul> <li>Grade 2</li> <li>2 Years' customer experience</li> <li>A+ Certificate advantageous</li> <li>Excellent communication skills in English - basic Afrikaans advantageous</li> <li>Good working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office</li> <li>The ability to grasp and understand IT and technical concepts</li> </ul> <strong>Responsibilities:</strong> <ul> <li>Provide friendly and efficient support to customers via telephone/email</li> <li>Accurately record and document activity through the ticket system</li> <li>Ensure effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management</li> <li>Perform adhoc functions, projects, training</li> </ul> <strong>Personal Attributes:</strong> <ul> <li>Resourceful with strong sense of urgency</li> <li>Friendly and helpful</li> <li>Excellent telephone manner</li> <li>Ability to take initiative and solve problems</li> <li>Good time management skills</li> </ul> <strong>Our employment equity goals will be taken into account in our selection process.</strong>
