We oPer the benefit of working with an aggressive growth-oriented company while enjoying the support and opportunity of being part of a large organization.</p><p></p><p><b>About Position</b></p><p>The successful Business Analyst works to plan and deliver complex enterprise-grade ERP solutions to the Homebuilding industry. The Business Analyst is the bridge that spans our organization and is the hub for planning, communication, and software delivery results.</p><p>Responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Working closely with stakeholders to understand their desires, obstacles, and business very well, and to serve as their representative in internal conversations</li><li>Working closely with senior management to convey and negotiate our product strategy, prepare all forms of project progress reports, and deliver presentations</li><li>Communicating and decoding information for stakeholders</li><li>Managing the accounting project team to produce designs, applications, test strategies and results, and the documentation that all stakeholders require upon product release.</li><li>Leading an Early Adopter program, hand-off meetings to internal teams, and implementations to customers</li><li>Caring deeply about user experiences, implementations, and the ongoing operational success that turns a product that customers need, into a product they want for life</li><li>Doing whatever it takes to make the product or service useful, exciting, and successful</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.</li><li>Support the preparation of business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, and user stories.</li><li>Work with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and QA to ensure requirements are well understood.</li><li>Conduct basic data analysis and research to support decision-making.</li><li>Participate in meetings, workshops, and interviews with stakeholders to capture needs.</li><li>Help in creating process flow diagrams, wireframes, and simple mockups.</li><li>Assist in testing, validation, and UAT to ensure solutions meet business needs.</li><li>Maintain project documentation, track progress, and ensure requirements traceability.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Skills & Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.</li><li> 3 to 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar role.</li><li>Strong communication and documentation skills.</li><li>Basic knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and requirement gathering techniques.</li><li>Ability to analyze problems and propose logical solutions.</li><li>Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, Excel, Lucid chart, or similar.</li><li>Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of business analysis.</li></ul><p><b>Exciting Benefits we offer:</b></p><ul><li><p>Market-leading Salary</p></li><li><p>Medical Coverage – Self & Dependents</p></li><li><p>Parents Medical Coverage</p></li><li><p>Provident Fund</p></li><li><p>Employee Performance-based bonuses</p></li><li><p>Home Internet Subsidy</p></li><li><p>Conveyance Allowance</p></li><li><p>Profit Sharing Plan [Tenured Employees Only]</p></li><li><p>Life Benefit</p></li><li><p>Child Care Facility</p></li><li><p>Company Provided Lunch/Dinner</p></li><li><p>Professional Development Budget</p></li><li><p>Recreational area for in-house games</p></li><li><p>Sporadic On-shore training opportunities</p></li><li><p>Friendly work environment</p></li><li><p>Leave Encashment</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b><i><u>Disclaimer:</u></i></b><i> At Contour, we attribute our success to the unique contributions of our diverse staff.
