<strong>About the Role<br/></strong><br/> As a Full-Time Sales Representative with College HUNKS Hauling Junk &amp; Moving, you will play a key role in driving sales, building customer relationships, and representing the College HUNKS brand with professionalism and energy. This role is ideal for a motivated, service-oriented individual who enjoys working with customers, closing opportunities, and being part of a fast-paced, winning team. This position includes a weekly stipend of <strong>$900 plus commissions and bonuses</strong>, with the opportunity to earn <strong>up to $70,000 per year or more</strong>. Team members are paid every Friday. A work phone, iPad, laptop, and company vehicle will be provided. The company vehicle is for use during working hours only.<br/><br/>

<strong>What You’ll Do (Responsibilities of the Role):<br/></strong><br/> • Drive sales through customer outreach, follow-up, and relationship-building.<br/> • Meet with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services.<br/> • Represent the College HUNKS brand professionally in all customer interactions.<br/> • Use company-provided technology, including a phone, iPad, and laptop, to manage leads and customer communication.<br/> • Travel during working hours using a company-provided vehicle.<br/> • Support revenue growth through strong sales performance, customer service, and follow-through.<br/> • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks.<br/> • Work closely with operations and leadership teams to ensure a great customer experience.<br/> • Uphold the College HUNKS core values: Honest, Uniformed, Nice, Knowledgeable, and Service-oriented.<br/><br/>

<strong>What You Bring (Experience Needed for the Role):<br/></strong><br/> • Strong communication and customer service skills.<br/> • Sales experience preferred, but not required.<br/> • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.<br/> • Comfortable using technology, including phones, tablets, laptops, and CRM systems.<br/> • Ability to work full-time and manage a fast-paced sales schedule.<br/> • Professional appearance and commitment to representing the brand well.<br/> • Valid driver’s license required for company vehicle use during working hours.<br/> • You do not have to be in college to join our team.
