<p><strong><span>Who are we?</span></strong></p> <p><span>3D PLUS USA, INC. a HEICO subsidiary (</span><a href="http://www.heico.com"><span>www.heico.com</span></a><span>, NYSE HEI), is a distributor of electronic modules for 3D PLUS France to US and Canada. </span></p> <p><strong><span> </span></strong></p> <p><strong><span>Who are we looking for?</span></strong></p> <p><span>We are seeking a talented Controller and Office Manager to join our growing team at 3D PLUS USA, INC.</span></p> <p><u><span> </span></u></p> <p><u><span> </span></u></p> <p><span>Core Responsibilities</span></p> <ul> <li><strong><span>Financial Reporting:</span></strong><span> Prepare and publish accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.</span></li> <li><strong><span>Day-to-Day Accounting:</span></strong><span> Oversee accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger (GL), and payroll departments.</span></li> <li><strong><span>Audit & Control:</span></strong><span> Develop, monitor, and enforce internal controls to protect assets and ensure the integrity of financial data. Coordinate both internal and external audits.</span></li> <li><strong><span>Compliance:</span></strong><span> Manage federal, state, and local tax filings, as well as regulatory and licensing requirements.</span></li> <li><strong><span>Budgeting & Forecasting:</span></strong><span> Assist leadership in the annual budgeting process, monitor performance, and report on budget variances.</span></li> <li><strong><span>Team Leadership:</span></strong><span> Hire, train, and mentor the accounting and finance staff</span></li> </ul> <p><span> </span></p> <p><span> </span></p> <p><u><span>Administrative:</span></u></p> <ul> <li><span>Manage staff of 3</span></li> <li><span>Cross-functional training of staff </span></li> <li><span>Manage customers platforms – ensuring reps and certs are up to date, quotes & POs are generated and acknowledged</span></li> <li><span>Organizing and coordinating Annual US Sales Meeting</span></li> <li><span>On-boarding new hire in ADP</span></li> <li><span>Payroll Processing</span></li> <li><span>Benefits administration</span></li> <li><span>Ad hoc projects</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span> </span></strong></p> <p><u><span>Key qualifications:</span></u></p> <ul> <li><strong><span>Experience:</span></strong><span> Typically requires 7+ years in accounting or finance, with proven management experience.</span></li> <li><strong><span>Education:</span></strong><span> A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is required. </span></li> <li><strong><span>Technical Proficiencies:</span></strong><span> Advanced understanding of US GAAP, SOX Compliance, Revenue Recognistion and hands-on expertise with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software (e.g. QuickBooks, Floqast, Planning Analytics).
