For our location in Budapest, founded in 2008, we are looking for a UX Designer to support our development team.</p><p><strong>Your environment</strong></p><p>As a UX Designer, you’ll join a multidisciplinary product development team, collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Designers and work on AI-powered features to build the next generation of ITSM platforms. You’ll work in an environment that values creativity, user-centric thinking, and teamwork, with colleagues based in the Netherlands, Germany, and Hungary. You will report to a UX Manager and regularly engage with the Design System team and other stakeholders.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>Rapid prototyping and refinement of new AI-powered concepts within our product (e.g. creation and governance of agents)</li><li>Responsibility for the entire design process from initial discovery to final delivery</li><li>Identification of research needs and transformation of insights into intuitive, accessible, and inclusive user experiences</li><li>Creation of wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes using the most appropriate tools and methods</li><li>Facilitation of collaborative ideation and problem-solving with teammates and stakeholders</li><li>Ensuring of consistency and efficiency through the use of the design system, including the proposal of improvements or new components when needed</li><li>Validation and refinement of designs through feedback gathering, usability testing, and data analysis</li><li>Delivery of clear communication and comprehensive handover documentation for seamless developer implementation</li><li>Close collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to shape user-centered solutions and drive product outcomes</li><li>Contribution to raising UX maturity and improving design processes across the organization</li><li>Continuous monitoring of emerging trends, tools, and best practices within the UX field</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>You have 5+ years of professional experience in UX design (medior/senior capacity).</li><li>You have a bachelor’s degree or vocational qualification in design, HCI, or a related field.</li><li>You have shipped and measured the success of AI-powered feature from a human-centered design perspective</li><li>You are skilled at creating wireframes, prototypes, and design documentation using tools such as Figma.</li><li>You have experience working with or contributing to design systems.</li><li>You can validate designs through research, usability testing, and feedback.</li><li>You bring strong collaboration and communication skills, helping you work effectively with engineers, product managers, and other designers.</li><li>You are proficient in English, ensuring clear communication across teams.</li><li>You are passionate about accessibility, inclusivity, and solving complex design challenges.</li><li>You have a proactive mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>Are you interested?</strong></p><p>Then we look forward to receiving your meaningful application, stating your salary expectations, using the following application form.</p><p> </p><p> </p>
