Senior Manager, Business Development and Contract Management

<p><strong><span>Key Responsibilities:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li> <p><span>Lead business development and manage contracts from initial customer enquiry through to deal closure.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>Identify and drive new opportunities and strategic partnerships within the Voice and Mobility business.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>Prepare and deliver management and financial reports as required.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>Ensure achievement of business KPIs, including revenue, gross margin, and accounts receivable targets.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>Develop standardized contract templates and streamline the review process.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>Support contract management by reviewing non-standard agreements, coordinating with internal teams for input, and liaising with sales for revisions.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>Conduct commercial deal reviews and manage submissions for approval.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>Oversee and optimize service order processes through effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>Analyze EBITDA performance, providing recommendations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.</span></p> </li> </ul> <p><strong><span>Qualifications:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li> <p><span>8 years of working experience in international communications products </span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>Good understanding of international telecom network especially voice, cloud numbering, A2P SMS, IoT and IPX services</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>Good understanding of local and international telecom regulatory requirements and framework an added advantage</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>Team orientated person, with a focus on international telecom business</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>Good command in oral and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua, with strong inter-group action and communication skills with different international groups</span></p> </li> </ul>
