Canderel also manages the office building portfolio of the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ) in Quebec.<br/><br/><br/>Job Type: Full-time<br/>Remuneration: Salary-based, commensurate with experience<br/><br/>Job Description<br/>Canderel is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a motivated designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about corporate and project-specific branding, digital content, and visual storytelling within the real estate and pre-construction industry. The Graphic Designer will report to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and play an integral role supporting the execution of marketing materials for some of the most high-profile real estate developments in Canada.<br/><br/>Responsibilities:<br/> • Assist in the creation and execution of marketing materials, including but not limited to:<br/> ◦ Digital &amp; social media graphics<br/> ◦ Sales brochures &amp; floorplans<br/> ◦ Advertising &amp; promotional assets<br/> ◦ Email marketing campaigns<br/> ◦ Event collateral &amp; signage<br/> • Ensure all designs align with project branding and marketing strategies.<br/> • Support the team with presentation decks and proposals.<br/> • Help manage and maintain visual assets and branding materials.<br/> • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create engaging content that enhances brand presence.<br/> • Resize and adapt creative materials for various platforms.<br/> • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital and print design.<br/> • Assist in organizing and maintaining project files and templates.<br/> • Provide creative support during project launches and marketing events.<br/> • Experience with website design and basic front-end coding (such as WordPress, HTML/CSS, or Webflow) would be considered an asset.<br/> • Photography, videography, and video editing experience are considered strong assets for this role.<br/><br/>Qualifications and Skills:<br/> • 2+ year of design experience<br/> • Experience with digital and print design, email campaigns, social media graphics, brochures, signage, and presentations.<br/> • Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field<br/> • A strong creative eye and a passion for brand development, both at the corporate and project level.<br/> • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects an asset).<br/> • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.<br/> • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.<br/> • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.<br/> • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.<br/> • Familiarity with real estate and pre-construction marketing is an asset but not required.<br/><br/>This posting is for a new vacancy within our organization.<br/>Canderel uses AI-enabled tools to create a summary of an applicant’s experience, this does not prevent human review of a submitted resume or cover letter.<br/>All decisions are made by our managers and HR team.<br/><br/>Salary: $60,000-75,000 CAD<br/>Within the range, starting salary is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and relevant education or training.<br/><br/><br/>Canderel is an equal opportunity employer.
