Business Analyst

<p><strong>Your Role</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Financial Planning &amp; Analysis (FP&amp;A) Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual business planning processes for Connectivity business units.</li> <li>Perform detailed profitability, cost, and product line analysis to support commercial strategy.</li> <li>Monitor and analyse financial and non-financial KPIs, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Management Reporting</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design and deliver interactive dashboards and visual reporting tools for top management.</li> <li>Ensure timely and accurate delivery of data insights to facilitate rapid, informed decision-making.</li> <li>Maintain reporting systems and processes to reflect evolving business needs.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Productivity Improvement &amp; Transformation</strong></p> <ul> <li>Drive digital transformation in FP&amp;A by streamlining processes, integrating advanced analytics, and implementing automation and modern tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and data‑driven decision‑making across teams</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Stakeholder Collaboration</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner closely with Finance, Product Marketing, Operations, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance.</li> <li>Translate business needs into analytical requirements and actionable outputs.</li> <li>Support senior leadership with ad hoc analysis, presentations, and strategic projects.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>To Succeed in this Role</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information technology, or related field;</li> <li>2-3 years’ experience in management reporting, FP&amp;A, business planning, or data analytics.</li> <li>Strong analytical, financial modelling and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications &amp; dashboard reporting</li> <li>Experience in business intelligence &amp; AI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau &amp; Copilot) and process automation will be advantage.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills for engaging cross-functional stakeholders and management.</li> <li>Analytical mindset with ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li> </ul>
