<p></p><h1><span><span><strong><span id="cke_bm_2693S"> </span></strong></span></span></h1> <h1><span>Servicenow Developer - Consultant - L2</span></h1> <h1><span><span><strong>Job Description:</strong></span></span></h1> <p>ServiceNow Technical Consultant  <br/>Full Job Description</p> <p>As the Technical Consultant for ServiceNow product you are responsible for the successful delivery of ServiceNow product  solutions and services, in a client consulting environment. The Consultant will be responsible for delivering Industry best practices around ITSM, CSM , Field Service, Knowledge and Contact Center processes, across functional silos, geographic and business unit boundaries. This is a full-time role of ServiceNow Technical Consultant to be based in India, undertaking projects in India and Europe.</p> <p>In this role you will be responsible for:<br/>•    Responsible for leading implementations, providing technical design lead<br/>•    Responsible for leading large implementations as technical expert<br/>•    Responsible for the development, integration, testing and deployment of the ServiceNow solutions for our customers<br/>•    Lead all technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery including:<br/>•    Application UI Configuration<br/>•    Development of required client specific reporting<br/>•    Development of requirement integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc.)<br/>•    Interface with ServiceNow technical teams, such as Cloud Infrastructure, to successfully set up the SaaS platform<br/>•    Be a lead member of the overall implementation project team<br/>•    Be the Subject Matter Expert on HRSD and ITSM<br/>•    Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences<br/>•    Coach, and mentor co-workers on technical and procedural items through one-on-one sessions or small group workshops.<br/>Required Technical and Professional Expertise<br/>•    At least 3 year of working experience in ServiceNow development and 5 years of total ServiceNow experience<br/>•    Must have experience of minimum two E2E project<br/>•    This is a senior client-facing role requiring interaction with client senior architects, client resources, client process owners &amp; managers &amp; executives<br/>•    Proficient in front end and/or backend technologies (XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, Jelly Script, Web Services, etc.)<br/>•    Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL and other such technologies<br/>•    Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)<br/>•    Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) around all key technical decisions during project delivery<br/>•    Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity<br/>•    Proven team player and team builder<br/>•    Ability to produce documentation on various levels including technical and customer facing.<br/>•    Extensive experience working in a client-facing consulting &amp; project management roles within the ITSM domain, at least two which have involved the development of ServiceNow solutions.<br/>•    Broad business and technology skills coupled with client interfacing skills.<br/>•    Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.<br/>•    Implemented best practices for enhancing the performance of the code and team.
