This role is a critical member of the Marketing team and will work closely with marketing operations, creative, brand, and Content, and various agencies to continuously improve enrollments performance.<br/> </p><ul><li>Build and execute comprehensive B2C and B2B marketing plan including paid media, organic, and social.</li><li>Develop B2C go-to-market plans to support product releases and launches.</li><li>Maintain budgets, campaign performance, return on investment, and other channel metrics.</li><li>Drive end-to-end quarterly media planning, budgeting, and lead & pipeline forecasts for your channels.</li><li>Partner with the marketing team to build reporting capabilities, refine the brand positioning, develop breakthrough creative, and improve processes and tools.</li><li>Design and execute various methods for customer research and customer insights.</li><li>Diversify media mix by launching newly onboarded vendors and help to research new vendors/ platforms.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, technology, and operations to continuously improve enrollments volume. </li></ul><p>Additional Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Able to handle and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive consumer information in compliance with applicable privacy and data protection regulations</li><li>Must follow all company policies and procedures regarding data privacy and protection and data loss prevention</li><li>Regular and predictable attendance is required.</li><li>Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.</li></ul><p> </p><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>4+ years of demand generation, customer acquisition for high-growth companies.</li><li>Power-user of the key digital advertising platforms like Google Ads, Bing, and Facebook Ads Manager</li><li>Proficient with analytical tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio and Optimize required with a proven track record building audiences and gaining insights to drive decisions.</li><li>Proficient with email service providers like SendGrid, Marketo and GetResponse</li><li>Exceptional quantitative and problem-solving skills. Has a can-do attitude.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>Position Details: </strong>This is a full-time, salaried position (40+ hours/week) working a hybrid schedule. Remote/Work from Home on Mondays and Fridays; in-office days are Tuesday through Thursday at our Temecula, CA office. Fully remote arrangements are not available. Candidates must reside within commutable distance of Temecula, CA.</p><p><strong>Pay: </strong>The pay range for this position if the work is performed in California is a minimum of $73,000 to a maximum of $90,000 annually.
