standards across the Asia‑Pacific (APAC) region within a centrally governed global training framework.</li><li>Translate global training priorities, policies, and performance expectations into consistent, high‑quality execution across APAC training centres.</li><li>Provide senior people leadership to regional training teams, fostering engagement, capability development, and consistent instructor behaviors aligned with global standards.</li><li>Partner closely with APAC Sales teams to articulate training capabilities, capacity, and product offerings, supporting growth objectives and customer engagements.</li><li>Collaborate with APAC Operations leadership to integrate training delivery with operational efficiency, ensuring scalability, cost optimization, and readiness.</li><li>Ensure training programs comply with global quality benchmarks while adapting appropriately to regional regulatory and cultural requirements.</li><li>Cascade and embed global training delivery principles, including facilitative instruction, facilitative debriefing, root cause analysis, resilience development, and ICAO’s 9 competencies framework.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned, integrating customer feedback, and embedding improvement cycles into daily operations.</li><li>Support customer‑facing sales and operational meetings, ensuring training commitments are realistic, deliverable, and scalable.</li><li>Champion innovation in training delivery, including immersive technologies, data‑driven personalization, and adaptive learning platforms, to enhance learner outcomes and commercial value.</li><li>Represent the organization with customers, regulators, OEMs, and industry stakeholders as required.</li></ul><p><b>Minimum Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>15+ years of progressive experience in aviation training or flight operations, including simulator‑based instruction and curriculum development.</li><li>5+ years of experience in senior leadership roles with responsibility for large, geographically dispersed or multi‑site teams.</li><li>Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) license or equivalent.</li><li>Instructor certification (e.g., Certified Flight Instructor, Ground Instructor, or equivalent).</li><li>Strong knowledge of global aviation regulatory frameworks, including ICAO, FAA, and EASA.</li><li>Demonstrated experience managing regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.</li><li>Deep understanding of adult learning principles, competency‑based training (CBT), and evidence‑based training (EBT).</li><li>Experience optimizing training operations, improving efficiency, and ensuring quality assurance.</li><li>Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including experience working with regulators, OEMs, and airline customers.</li><li>Ability to travel regionally and internationally as required.</li></ul><p><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Type ratings on relevant commercial or business aircraft.</li><li>Experience leading training organizations within airlines, OEMs, or global aviation training providers.</li><li>Expertise with training technology platforms, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), flight simulation systems, and immersive technologies (VR/AR).</li><li>Demonstrated success introducing innovative training methodologies that deliver measurable commercial or operational value.</li><li>Experience managing training budgets, forecasting, and aligning investments with
