Marketing Manager

<p>You will partner the principal(s) to develop the business strategies, objectives and targets for your respective brands in the region. You will drive the brand awareness, expansion and penetration strategies to strengthen the position of the business in the market.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Manage departmental A&amp;P budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources</li><li>Oversee development and execution of marketing plans and critically evaluate implementation effectiveness to achieve business objectives and marketing strategies.</li><li>Work closely with brand team and brand principals to develop marketing ideas &amp; activations as according to brands’ direction and growth.</li><li>Lead development of marketing budgets and ensure alignment to principals' / brand needs and marketing plans. Evaluate marketing expenditures, ROI, budget-to-actual variances as according to net adjusted based performance</li><li>Manage evaluation of market trends, competitor activities, and marketing plans according to changing markets and competitive conditions</li><li>Strategize, plan and implement marketing ideas, while managing A&amp;P expenses that includes all media platform, oversee promotion activation, trade marketing, roadshows, workshops, digital ads, PR activities, KOL liaison and digital content.</li><li>Oversee the preparation of marketing reports/updates/analysis for management &amp; brand presentation and decision-making.</li><li>Manage ongoing and create new relationships with external vendors (e.g. event organizers, media, digital and PR agencies, retailers, malls, designers and 3rd parties for collaboration etc.) to negotiate and ensure smooth execution of marketing activities</li><li>Lead and guide marketing team for total category to ensure all the above are planned &amp; executed.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience with a Degree or professional qualification in Marketing/Economics/Business Administration or a related discipline</li></ul><ul><li>Sound knowledge and understanding of the business and industry</li><li>Experience in beauty / lifestyle industry will be an added advantage</li><li>Great interpersonal skills who can multi-task</li><li>Posses experience in team leading</li><li>Proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)</li><li>Fluent in English (both written and spoken)</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>Do you have what it takes to succeed in a fast-paced and intense environment?
