<p><strong>Daniels Health is looking for a driven, customer-focused professional to join our team as a Lead Field Service Representative.</strong></p> <p>In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll partner closely with the Field Service Manager to support the day-to-day success of our field service team. From stepping in at customer sites when needed to overseeing product inspection and servicing within assigned hospitals or medical centers, you’ll play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly.</p> <p>You’ll also act as a go-to resource for Field Service Representatives—offering guidance, coordinating support, and helping ensure exceptional service delivery at every touchpoint. <h3>What will your job inolve?</h3> <ul>
<h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3> <li>Step in and <strong>support field service representatives</strong> as needed, ensuring seamless coverage across customer sites</li> <li>Travel to service locations as required, bringing flexibility and responsiveness to daily operations</li> <li>Arrive prepared and on time in Daniels uniform, professionally <strong>checking in with EVS teams</strong> and accurately logging time through our system</li> <li>Maintain a <strong>clean, organized staging area</strong> and ensure all service equipment is safe and fully operational</li> <li>Perform <strong>scheduled inspections and servicing of containers</strong> throughout hospital facilities</li> <li>Manage container exchanges efficiently—loading, transporting (up to 300 lbs via wheeled equipment), and restocking to keep workflows moving</li> <li>Keep consistent communication with your Field Service Supervisor, providing updates on service progress, product quality, and any issues</li> <li>Build relationships on-site by <strong>collaborating with nurses, EVS leaders, and other key stakeholders</strong> to meet evolving needs</li> <li>Safely handle physical demands, including <strong>lifting containers up to 40 lbs</strong></li> <h3><strong>Leadership & Support Responsibilities</strong></h3> <li>Serve as a <strong>go-to resource for field service representatives</strong>, helping resolve concerns quickly and effectively</li> <li>Monitor service quality and provide <strong>hands-on coaching and training</strong> to elevate team performance</li> <li>Deliver <strong>training to clinical staff</strong> across both standard and premium customer accounts</li> <li>Be ready to step in during <strong>service emergencies across the state</strong>, ensuring continuity and reliability</li> <li>Conduct ride-alongs or shadowing to reinforce service excellence and consistency</li> <li>Perform <strong>waste audits</strong> to support compliance and continuous improvement efforts</li> <li>Lead or support <strong>new customer installations</strong>, helping set the foundation for long-term success</li>
