Our Registered Nurses lead clinical excellence through assessments, planning, and delivery of care according to accepted nursing practices and standards</p><p>You will be responsible for leading, supervising, and guiding other members of the team, and ensuring medical instructions and procedures are correctly administered, documented, and monitored. Each day you will be providing a proactive and person-centric service by communicating with residents and family and participating in continuous improvement and quality initiatives.<strong><em>       </em></strong></p><p>As we provide 24 hour residential care, our Registered Nurses work a variety of shifts, including morning, afternoon and night shifts, and one weekend each fortnight.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>To tatou kaitono pai | Our ideal candidate must have</strong></p><ul><li>NZQA level 7 (e.g. bachelor's degree, graduate certificate, graduate diploma)</li><li>A current practicing certificate</li><li>Flexibility to pick up different shifts</li><li>Team leadership skills</li><li>Honesty and integrity</li><li>Good customer service</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, organisational and problem solving skills</li><li>Alignment with our values and purpose</li><li>Experience in Palliative Care, Dementia, and InterRAI is preferred but not essential</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>He aha ta maatau e tuku | What we can offer</strong> </p><p>At Arvida, we are passionate about people - both residents and our team members.
