Covering the ASEAN region which includes Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam. </p> <p>A talented group is in place, and ASEAN is a key focus market for us. We treat Singapore as a second global HQ, which means you'll have unusually high visibility within the organisation.</p> <p>We are offering a wonderful opportunity to take a successful business and platform and leave your mark.</p> <p>In this role, you will be responsible to:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead a regional team of Enterprise and Commercial AEs who manage customer relationships from prospecting, qualification, close, to post-sales growth.</p> </li> <li> <p>Take responsibility for the Go-to-market vision, strategy and execution in ASEAN.</p> </li> <li> <p>Help and support in business opportunities on the direct customer side, equally importantly being very active towards the focus partners in the region to create alignment and Workato focus</p> </li> <li> <p>Oversee the daily activities and performance of individual Account Executives and, as we scale, first line sales leaders.</p> </li> <li> <p>Continue to build and strengthen your team through recruiting, hiring and development strategies.</p> </li> <li> <p>Iterate upon the sales cycle for AEs, including coaching the sales team and sharing best practices with the broader organization.</p> </li> <li> <p>Build on our culture of continuous improvement and role based learning.</p> </li> <li> <p>Work closely with the APAC GM (your manager) to align strategy and goals with the wider vision for the region.</p> </li> </ul> <h1><strong>Requirements</strong></h1> <h3><strong>Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>You will have a proven track record of scaling a software business in the ASEAN market, including sales, people, and first-line leaders, ideally within the integration, middleware, automation, or enterprise software space.</p> </li> <li> <p>Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding a country/region quota.</p> </li> </ul> <h3><strong>Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p><span>Passion for mentoring Account Executives to help them grow in their careers.</span></p> </li> <li><span>An enthusiastic team player who’s comfortable working in a high-growth environment.</span></li> </ul> <h4><strong>(REQ ID: 2659)</strong></h4>
