<p><strong>Position: Financial Analyst</strong><br/><strong>Reporting to: Senior Analyst

Mortgage House is an active participant in the Securitisation (RMBS) market.
Key role within the Finance team, responsible for supporting day-to-day finance and treasury operations, regulatory and internal compliance, and assisting with warehouse lending management and RMBS issuance. The role spans settlements, drawdowns, month-end trust management, reconciliations, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
<strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong>
Responsibilities are set out below and will be reviewed quarterly:</p><ol> <li>Prepare monthly securitisation trust reporting (investor reports, payment directions)</li> <li>Provide data and analysis to the Treasury team for month-end reporting.</li> <li>Undertake monitoring and forecasting of funding facility limits.</li> <li>Review loan variation requests such as structure changes, closing or opening loan splits, adjusting split limits, and processing partial discharges.</li> <li>Provide advice for settlements for construction loans, loan variations, and trust accounts, ensuring timely and accurate payments.</li> <li>Manage construction drawdowns on behalf of Mortgage House ensuring compliance of financial obligations under the contract.</li> <li>Use various software tools to perform detailed analysis and forecasting to support funding decisions and manage funding limits.</li> <li>Support the Customer Solutions Team with Treasury-related customer inquiries</li> <li>Undertaking process, software and system reviews and testing to improve efficiencies.</li> <li>Collaborated with rating agencies to provide updates on the performance of Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities (RMBS).</li> <li>Support execution of new RMBS issuance, providing financial data and ensuring regulatory compliance.</li> <li>Manage daily home loan settlements (payment directions, loan advances, fund allocation/ settlements forecast and reconciliation)</li> <li>Manage and monitor daily cash flow, ensuring liquidity across accounts to meet operational needs.</li> <li>Ensure accurate and timely completion of Trust’s Bank Account reconciliations.</li> <li>Communicate effectively with external parties including investors, originators, and servicers to address queries and issues.</li> <li>Support the Finance/Treasury team with other tasks as required</li> <li>Other duties as assigned by Management</li> </ol><p><br/><strong>SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE</strong> </p><p>Experience</p><p></p><p>At least one year experience in a similar role </p><p></p><p>Finance: </p><ol> <li>Understanding of Mortgage House systems and reports – E-IB, EMMS, trust reports</li> <li>Understanding of EMMS/EIB data structures and reporting flows.</li> <li>Excel modelling and data handling proficiency.</li> <li>Bank account reconciliation capability.</li> <li>Cash flow forecasting and liquidity monitoring.</li> <li>Reconciliation of E-IB reports for monthly reporting</li> <li>Budgeting and forecasting experience</li> <li>Experience working with large datasets and financial systems</li> </ol><p>Treasury and Capital Markets</p><ol> <li>Develop knowledge of warehouse and RMBS process and capital markets</li> <li>Build understanding of debt capital markets, legal documentation, and rating agency criteria.</li> <li>Strengthen knowledge of credit risk policies and procedures.</li> <li>Champion compliance with warehouse rules (in collaboration with Credit, Finance, and IT).
<strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong>
Relevant qualifications from a recognised college or university with a major in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or closely related field
