<p>Built on meritocracy, our unique company culture rewards self-starters and those who are committed to doing what is best for our customers.</p><p></p><p><b>Brown &amp; Brown </b>is seeking an <b>Enterprise Talent Acquisition Partner – Technology </b>to join our growing team in a remote role!</p><p></p><p>The Enterprise Technology Talent Acquisition Partner will serve as a strategic talent advisor to support continued growth within our Technology Solutions team.  This role is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment strategies to find, attract, nurture and place top Tech talent across the company. </p><p></p><p><b>How you will Contribute</b></p><ul><li><p>Lead full cycle recruiting for Technology positions across all levels of positions, from interns to senior leadership.</p></li><li><p>Partner with hiring leaders to understand short- and long-term workforce needs and develop strategies to meet talent needs.</p></li><li><p>Develop tailored and creative sourcing strategies to ensure high visibility of roles and attract diverse and highly qualified Technology professionals.</p></li><li><p>Advocate for best-in-class candidate experience</p></li><li><p>Generate leads by utilizing a variety of job boards, sourcing tools and channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, Indeed, Handshake, networking, employee referrals, diversity partnerships and professional associations.</p></li><li><p>Leverage resources to recruit the highest caliber candidates through online social networking, community involvement, career and job fairs, professional networking, and local media sources.</p></li><li><p>Develop a network of candidates and nurture prospect pools and pipelines.</p></li><li><p>Advise hiring leaders of talent trends and best practices for evaluating talent.</p></li><li><p>Assist with internal hiring efforts by assessing teammates for different or more senior positions.</p></li><li><p>Lead or contribute to recruiting projects and events.</p></li><li><p>Utilize the talent CRM to log all activity, notes, track and analyze recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement and provide data-driven insights.</p></li><li><p>Leverage technology, apply AI and data-driven recruitment practices to improve talent identification, efficiency and candidate experience.</p></li><li><p>Apply company programs, practices and procedures related to the recruitment cycle in compliance with federal, state and local law.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with other Regional Team Resources teammates to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new teammates.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Skills &amp; Experience to Be Successful:</b></p><ul><li><p>7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 3 years focused on Technology recruiting.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of Technology functions, roles and competencies</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to sources and engage passive candidates in competitive markets.</p></li><li><p>Experience working a dynamic, high-growth or decentralized environment.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Teammate Benefits &amp; Total Well-Being</b></p><p>We go beyond standard benefits, focusing on the total well-being of our teammates, including:</p><ul><li><i><u>Health Benefits</u></i>: Medical/Rx, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability <span><span>Insurance  </span></span></li><li><i><u>Financial Benefits</u></i>: ESPP; 401k; Student Loan Assistance; Tuition Reimbursement </li><li><i><u>Mental Health &amp; Wellness</u></i>: Free Mental Health &amp; Enhanced Advocacy Services</li><li><i><u>Beyond Benefits</u></i>: Paid Time Off, Holidays, Preferred Partner Discounts and more. </li></ul><p></p><p><i>Not reflective of all benefits.
