SOC 2 certified, 24+ months in production, team of 33.</p><p>We're looking for a Partnerships Manager to own and scale our partner program.</p><p><strong>About you:</strong></p><ul><li>3–5 years in Partnerships, Channel, Alliances, or BD at a B2B SaaS company</li><li>You've owned a partner program end-to-end, not just sourced individual deals</li><li>Comfortable running referral, strategic, integration, and marketplace motions simultaneously</li><li>You can name a specific deal you closed, the revenue it generated, and what you did differently</li><li>Pirate operator mindset - you follow up, you don't wait for partners to come to you</li><li>Fluent English</li></ul><p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p><ul><li>Own the full partner surface: referral program, strategic partnerships, integration co-sell motions, SaaS marketplace listings (HubSpot, Salesforce AppExchange, Microsoft AppSource), and co-marketing</li><li>Lift our producing-partner count from 19 to 50+ in 90 days (we have 548 registered partners)</li><li>Launch our first SaaS marketplace listing end-to-end</li><li>Run 8–12 new partner conversations per week and close 1–2 Integrated Solution partners per month</li><li>Work directly with the CEO — this is a greenfield role with full ownership from day one</li></ul><p><strong>Why join us:</strong></p><ul><li>Direct access to and support from the CEO</li><li>Real pipeline impact: your producing-partner count and partner-driven ARR are the metrics that matter</li><li>Fast-growing AI startup with a strong inbound engine already in place</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Lviv, Ukraine, or Warsaw, Poland.
