Role Overview: We are seeking a technically strong Senior Product Manager to join our International Transportation Product team. You will work with business stakeholders, engineers and scientists to lead the development of next-generation logistics solutions for Coupang. This role sits at the intersection of physical operations and software engineering, requiring you to translate complex logistics challenges and high-level business objectives into complex, multi-layered system requirements and solutions. We’re seeking a hands-on leader who can look around corners, balance technical judgment with customer obsession, and drive strategic decisions that redefine the delivery experience in Taiwan. Success requires a “think systematically” mindset to break down technical hurdles and understand how subtle configuration changes trigger chain reactions across physical hardware and downstream systems.
