Content Supply Chain Workflow Ownership<br/>• Own one or more end‑to‑end workflows across the content supply chain.<br/>• Define workflow intent, outcomes, and value, not isolated features.<br/>• Ensure workflows are coherent across regions, brands, and operating models. <br/>2. Agentic AI Enablement<br/>• Define how Agentic AI agents:<br/>- Orchestrate tasks across the workflow<br/>- Reduce manual effort and handovers<br/>- Enable adaptive, learning systems<br/>• Specify:<br/>- Human‑in‑the‑loop controls<br/>- Governance and escalation points<br/>- Compliance and trust requirements<br/>• Partner with AI and Engineering teams to ensure feasibility. <br/>3. Core Product as Infrastructure<br/>• Develop Core Product as a configurable platform and infrastructure layer, not a standalone product.<br/>• Define how core capabilities support:<br/>- AI‑driven workflows<br/>- Modular configuration<br/>- Enterprise scalability<br/>• Ensure infrastructure decisions align with long‑term workflow evolution. <br/>4. Data Flow &amp; Integration Ownership<br/>• Define the implementation of:<br/>- End‑to‑end data flows across the workflow<br/>- Data ownership, dependencies, and movement<br/>- Analytics and measurement implications<br/>• Identify and document:<br/>- Integration requirements (internal and external)<br/>- System boundaries and constraints<br/>• Work closely with Solution Consultants, Business Analysts and Architecture teams during discovery. <br/>5. Commercialization &amp; Value Realization<br/>• Define the commercial logic of workflows:<br/>- Value drivers<br/>- Pricing implications<br/>- Packaging options<br/>• Ensure workflows can be:<br/>- Explained clearly in commercial terms<br/>- Supported by scalable pricing models<br/>• Partner with Strategic Operations, Finance, and Sales to validate assumptions. <br/>6. Customer &amp; Market Validation (with Sales, Solutions, CSMs and Delivery)<br/>• Collaborate with Sales and Solution Consultants on:<br/>- Deep discovery and use‑case validation<br/>- Workflow‑based demos<br/>- Technical and data feasibility assessment<br/>• Ensure customer insights directly influence:<br/>- Workflow prioritization<br/>- AI design decisions<br/>- Commercial positioning <h3>Requirements:</h3> • 5+ years experience in Product Management or related strategic role<br/>• Demonstrated success in defining product strategy and launching products that exceed business objectives<br/>• Strong understanding of content supply chains in life sciences<br/>• Experience designing end‑to‑end workflows, not just features<br/>• Working knowledge of:<br/>- Agentic AI concepts<br/>- Platform/infrastructure thinking<br/>- Data flows and integrations<br/>• Ability to translate complex systems into clear value narratives<br/>• Commercial acumen: pricing logic, value drivers, packaging concepts<br/>• 3+ years of experience in Life Sciences industry<br/>• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority<br/>• Experience with pricing models, business case development, and financial analysis<br/>• Deep knowledge of product lifecycle management<br/>• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and product analytics tools<br/>• English proficiency - upper-intermediate level or higher<b><span>What we provide:</span></b><span>We know our team members are key to achieving our goals, so we value and empower them to share their vision.
