Product & Portfolio Management</b></p><ul><li><p>Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive growth, market share, and profitability.</p></li><li><p>Manage the full product lifecycle, including launches, pricing, portfolio optimization, and end-of-life strategies.</p></li><li><p>Monitor market performance and recommend initiatives to achieve business targets.</p></li><li><p>Align local strategies with regional and global HQ direction.</p></li></ul><p><b>2. Go-to-Market (GTM) Planning</b></p><ul><li><p>Lead end-to-end GTM execution in collaboration with Sales, Corporate Marketing, Retail, and partners.</p></li><li><p>Develop compelling value propositions and messaging tailored to Filipino consumers.</p></li><li><p>Oversee product launches, integrated campaigns, brand activations, and promotions.</p></li><li><p>Ensure timely development of marketing collaterals, training materials, and sales tools.</p></li></ul><p><b>3. Market Insights & Consumer Understanding</b></p><ul><li><p>Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Partner with research agencies to monitor brand health and customer satisfaction.</p></li><li><p>Translate insights into actionable strategies for product positioning and communication.</p></li></ul><p><b>4. Pricing & Profitability Management</b></p><ul><li><p>Recommend retail pricing and promotional strategies based on market dynamics.</p></li><li><p>Monitor channel margins and promotional effectiveness to maximize profitability.</p></li><li><p>Support demand forecasting and inventory planning through market intelligence.</p></li></ul><p><b>5. Cross-Functional & Regional Collaboration</b></p><ul><li><p>Work with HQ/RHQ and regional teams to ensure local market relevance.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Retail, and Operations for seamless execution.</p></li><li><p>Build strong partnerships to optimize product availability and business performance.</p></li></ul><p><b>6. Ad Hoc & Special Projects</b></p><ul><li><p>Lead strategic initiatives contributing to Home Appliances business growth.</p></li><li><p>Drive innovation projects, local initiatives, and process improvement programs.</p></li><li><p>Manage project timelines, budgets, and reporting requirements.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><b><span>Skills and Qualifications</span></b></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></p><p></p><p>To be successful in this role, you must have:</p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA is a plus).</p></li><li><p>Minimum 8 years of experience in product marketing or brand management (consumer electronics, automotive, or FMCG preferred).</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams.</p></li><li><p>Proven track record in product launches and campaigns driving sales growth.</p></li><li><p>Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for engaging presentations.</p></li><li><p>Ability to manage stakeholders and derive insights from data.</p></li><li><p>Passion for technology, innovation, and the Samsung brand.</p></li><li><p>Willingness to work fully on-site at McKinley Hill, Taguig.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Join Samsung Philippines and be part of a global leader in innovation and technology!
