This is an execution role — you build it, you run it, you own the results.</p><p>Great opportunity for someone wanting to take the next step up in their career with an amazing Hotel.</p><p><em>"Mondrian Gold Coast — nominated for 9 Queensland Hotel Association Awards for Excellence 2026"</em></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li><p>Manage the hotel's digital marketing strategy across all channels</p></li><li><p>Manage and maintain the hotel website — content updates, performance monitoring, UX improvements</p></li><li><p>Develop and execute SEO strategy, managing external contractor for on-page, technical, and local SEO to drive organic traffic growth</p></li><li><p>Create and manage all marketing collateral including all menus for F&amp;B— digital and print — ensuring brand consistency</p></li><li><p>Build and manage EDM campaigns end-to-end — copywriting, design, segmentation, scheduling, and performance reporting</p></li><li><p>Grow and maintain the hotel's email database, ensuring list health and audience segmentation</p></li><li><p>Brief and manage external agencies, designers, photographers, and content creators</p></li><li><p>Coordinate F&amp;B, spa, events, and accommodation marketing campaigns</p></li><li><p>Track and report on performance metrics — traffic, conversions, bookings, open rates, ROI</p></li><li><p>Work closely with Revenue Management to align campaigns with rate strategy and demand periods</p></li></ul><p><strong> WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR</strong></p><ul><li><p> 3–5+ years marketing experience, ideally in luxury hotel or hospitality</p></li><li><p>Proven digital marketing skills — SEO, SEM, paid social, email marketing</p></li><li><p>Hands-on EDM experience — proficient in platforms such as Revinate</p></li><li><p>Website management, Meta &amp; Google Paid Ad</p></li><li><p>Public Relations Experience</p></li><li><p>Strong copywriting and creative direction ability</p></li><li><p>Ability to produce quality collateral in-house (Canva, Adobe Suite or similar)</p></li><li><p>Data-driven — you track what you launch and iterate based on results</p></li><li><p>Self-sufficient — you don't need hand-holding, you deliver</p></li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>WHAT WE OFFER</strong></p><ul><li><p>Competitive salary package</p></li><li><p>Amazing Hotel Discounts around the world</p></li><li><p>Work at one of Australia's most iconic luxury beachfront properties</p></li><li><p>Creative freedom and direct access to ownership</p></li></ul><p> </p><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Must be a permanent citizen </p>
