<p><b>JOB DESCRIPTION</b></p><p></p><p><b>Role &amp; Responsibilities</b></p><p><span>Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement with detailed documentation to help our business become more efficient with an ability to deliver value in an agile manner. </span></p><p></p><p>This role can encompass a variety of responsibilities, including:</p><ul><li><b>Stakeholder Management:</b> Build and maintain strong relationships with Engineering, PMO, Purchasing, Quality teams to understand their needs and priorities.</li><li><b>Strategic Planning:</b> Collaborate with business leaders to develop IT strategies that support business goals and drive innovation.</li><li><b>Project Management:</b> Oversee the delivery of IT projects, ensuring they meet business requirements, are delivered on time, and within budget.</li><li><b>Service Management:</b> Ensure IT services are aligned with business needs and are delivered with high quality and reliability.</li><li><b>Change Management:</b> Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.</li><li><b>Risk Management:</b> Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT projects and services.</li><li><b>Training: </b>Training the business teams about the new tools and technologies </li><li><b>Alignment to IT Goals:</b> Promote the use of emerging technologies to drive business innovation and efficiency. Align with Adient IT Goals</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required Skills and Qualifications</b></p><p><b>Educational Background</b>: A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.</p><p><b>Experience</b> : 6+ Years</p><ul><li><span>Working experience with the Engineering Process with main area CAD Management (Catia &amp; NX) and BOM (Bill of Materials) Management</span></li><li><span>Experience with Product Change Management </span></li><li><span>Experience with PLM system (preferred Teamcenter), especially CAD integration and focus on Active Workspace</span></li><li>Should have experience in working on Azure DevOps or similar ALM tools for requirement / Bugs / Test cases creation and tracking</li><li>Experience with IT Release Management for Agile Projects</li><li><b>Analytical Skills</b>: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of interpreting complex datasets and visualizing information effectively.</li><li><b>Technical Proficiency</b>: Azure DevOps user level, Proficiency in Excel, MS Project, MS PPT, Agile Methodology</li><li><b>Excellent Communication</b>: Strong verbal and written skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels and present findings in a clear and concise manner.</li><li><b>Collaboration and Leadership</b>: Ability to work in a team environment, facilitating communication and ensuring project goals are met collaboratively.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>PRIMARY LOCATION</b></p><p></p>Pune Tech Center
