The Regional Installation Manager plays a critical leadership role within EROAD's field operations, responsible for the quality, performance, and compliance of our third‑party installer network across the assigned region.</span></span></p><p><span><span>Operating in the fast‑moving automotive telematics industry, this role ensures that all installations of EROAD products are completed to the highest standard, in a timely and cost‑effective manner, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and revenue enablement.</span></span></p><p><span><span>This role involves direct engagement with installer partners—sourcing, assessing, qualifying, and developing them into high‑performing, safety‑focused providers. The successful candidate brings a strong background in automotive systems, operational leadership, and continuous improvement.</span></span></p><p><span><span>There is a lot happening at EROAD, and it Management</b></span></span></p><ul><li><span><span>Source, assess, and qualify new installer partners to meet regional demand and ensure capability coverage</span></span></li><li><span><span>Manage the performance and compliance of third‑party installers, ensuring consistent delivery aligned with EROAD’s standards</span></span></li><li><span><span>Establish strong working relationships with installers and develop them into trusted, long‑term partners</span></span></li><li><span><span>Maintain a current and scalable pool of EROAD‑preferred installers</span></span></li></ul><p><span><span><b>Installation Delivery & Revenue Enablement</b></span></span></p><ul><li><span><span>Ensure installations are completed in a timely and efficient manner to support positive revenue recognition and customer onboarding timelines</span></span></li><li><span><span>Balance installer capacity with forecast demand to reduce backlogs and delays</span></span></li><li><span><span>Monitor pipeline, escalate risks, and intervene early where revenue or customer satisfaction is at risk</span></span></li></ul><p><span><span><b>Training</b></span></span></p><ul><li><span><span>Support and train the Installer Network to provide the necessary services of installation</span></span></li><li><span><span>Train technicians and provide accreditation to install EROAD product</span></span></li><li><span><span>Assist with the development and delivery of training for staff in respect to EROAD products and services and their use and deployment</span></span></li><li><span><span>Support installation quality, control, and audit processes</span></span></li></ul><p><span><span><b>Health and Safety</b></span></span></p><ul><li><span><span>Champion a strong health and safety culture across all installation activities, both internally and with third‑party partners</span></span></li><li><span><span>Deliver onboarding and ongoing safety training to installers, ensuring compliance with legal and industry requirements</span></span></li><li><span><span>Investigate incidents and lead implementation of preventative and corrective actions</span></span></li></ul><p><span><span><b>Quality</b></span></span></p><ul><li><span><span>Conduct regular audits of completed installations to ensure workmanship, product functionality, and documentation meet EROAD’s technical standards</span></span></li><li><span><span>Identify quality issues and drive corrective actions, training, or process changes as needed</span></span></li><li><span><span>Validate integration with vehicle systems (12V/24V, CAN, OBD‑II, GPS, camera systems, etc.)</span></span></li><li><span><span>Troubleshoot difficult or problematic installations in coordination with installers, EROAD support, and R&D staff as required</span></span></li></ul><p><span><span><b>Cost Control & Process Improvement</b></span></span></p><ul><li><span><span>Implement and manage cost control measures for regional installation activities</span></span></li><li><span><span>Optimise workflows and reduce unnecessary complexity in installation processes</span></span></li><li><span><span>Drive continuous improvement initiatives across audit, safety, and delivery performance</span></span></li></ul><p><span><span><b>Issue Escalation & Risk Management</b></span></span></p><ul><li><span><span>Serve as the escalation point for regional technical or operational issues related to installation</span></span></li><li><span><span>Identify and mitigate risks related to installer capacity, technical capability, safety, or customer impact</span></span></li><li><span><span>Communicate issues and trends to senior leadership and recommend action plans</span></span></li></ul><p><span><span><b>Supplier Management</b></span></span></p><ul><li><span><span>Support and feedback to third‑party providers in the delivery of their Service Delivery Targets for EROAD to meet agreed SLAs and KPIs</span></span></li><li><span><span>Gather feedback</span></span></li><li><span><span>Coordinate with the network to ensure campaign installation volumes are met</span></span></li></ul><p><span><span><b>Technical Team Member</b></span></span></p><ul><li><span><span>Key regional contact for accredited installers with technical questions</span></span></li><li><span><span>Integral part of the wider EROAD technical installation team</span></span></li><li><span><span>Active contributor for feedback on improvements for installation on existing and new vehicles as they come to market</span></span></li><li><span><span>Key contributor to in‑field solutions to bespoke customer requirements in collaboration with R&D staff</span></span></li><li><span><span>Support EROAD’s continuous improvement process through supplier management feedback and improvement discussions</span></span></li><li><span><span>Contributor to regular technical bulletins to the wider installation network</span></span></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><span><span><b>What You’ll Bring</b></span></span></p><p><span><span>To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:</span></span></p><ul><li><span><span>Proven experience in automotive telematics, automotive electrical, or vehicle technology installation</span></span></li><li><span><span>Experience managing contractor networks or service delivery across a wide region</span></span></li><li><span><span>Strong understanding of 12V/24V systems, CAN bus, dashcams, GPS, and connected vehicle technologies</span></span></li><li><span><span>Excellent auditing, communication, and <span>relationship‑building</span> skills</span></span></li><li><span><span>Demonstrated ability to balance quality, safety, cost, and delivery timelines</span></span></li><li><span><span>Background in managing safety‑critical environments and leading corrective actions</span></span></li><li><span><span>Strong interpersonal and written communication skills</span></span></li><li><span><span>A systematic problem‑solving approach with a customer‑focused mindset</span></span></li><li><span><span>Strong exposure to Health and Safety and ability to advocate and drive change</span></span></li><li><span><span>Previous
