<h2><b>About our group:</b></h2> <p><span><p>Corporate Quality functional group is part of the larger Global Quality Team and provides guidance and support for implementation and ongoing enhancement of Seagate’s Quality Management System at by ensuring cross-functional alignment across Seagate. This includes: - </p> <ul> <li>Developing and maintaining the Global Quality Portal and Corporate Quality websites. </li> <li>Guiding and overseeing Seagate Continuous Improvement process (8D &amp; Lesson Learned system) through the 8D/LL Steering Council. </li> <li>Leading the Seagate Management System Documentation council. </li> <li>Managing the Warranty Rates system &amp; responding to SOX (Sarbanes -Oxley) audit  </li> <li>Providing guidance and oversight for Seagate's ISO Certification program via the PExA Council. </li> <li>Reporting RQC (Customer Satisfaction) Metrics. </li> </ul></span></p><h2><b>About the role - you will:</b></h2> <p><span><ul> <li>Collect, clean, transform, and analyze large, diverse, and complex datasets across quality systems and field data.</li> <li>Design and deploy AI agents to automate audit workflows (checklists, evidence review, reporting).</li> <li>Develop AI-driven solutions for: <ul> <li>Audit checklist generation (ISO clause-based, CB-style questions).</li> <li>Evidence validation and conformance assessment.</li> <li>Automated audit report generation.</li> <li>Standardized non-conformance classification (Major/Minor/OFI).</li> <li>Build PExA enterprise dashboards for audit metrics, risks, and trends.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Develop document intelligence solutions for IMS (traceability, impact analysis, compliance validation).</li> <li>Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms (M365, data repositories, QMS systems).</li> <li>Design and build enterprise dashboards, charts, and visualizations to support business decisions.</li> <li>Implement AI-driven solutions for decision support, automated insights, and workflow optimization.</li> <li>Develop user-friendly applications using JavaScript frameworks (Angular/React) with strong UX/UI principles.</li> <li>Will have the opportunity to present work to a wider audience and hone soft skills as opposed to only technical skills.</li> <li>Be involved in the design decision-making process as well as data strategy formulation and bring to the table fresh perspective and ideas.</li> </ul></span></p><h2><b>About you:</b></h2> <p><span><ul> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong analytical abilities.</li> <li>Capable of articulating complex problems and solutions clearly, logically, and impactfully.</li> <li>Able to collaborate effectively with professionals from diverse backgrounds in a virtual environment.</li> <li>Willing to learn – technical as well as soft skills.</li> <li>Passionate about teamwork and able to deliver in a fast-paced environment.</li> </ul></span></p><h2><b>Your experience includes:</b></h2> <p><span><ul> <li>Strong background in data science, big data analytics, and statistical analysis.</li> <li>Experience handling large, complex datasets (structured &amp; unstructured).</li> <li>Proficiency in data visualization and dashboard development.</li> <li>Proficient in C, C++ and/or Python, SQL/Postgresql.</li> <li>Experience in JavaScript, Angular/React, application development and web development.</li> <li>Strong UX/UI design understanding for dashboard usability.</li> <li>Exposure to AI/ML, data-driven AI, and decision-support systems.</li> <li>Strong expertise in AI/ML and LLM-based reasoning.</li> <li>Experience in AI agent or multi-agent system development.</li> <li>Knowledge of document intelligence and enterprise data integration.</li> <li>Experience integrating solutions with enterprise platforms (M365, data systems).</li> <li>Knowledge of quality, reliability, or manufacturing data preferred.</li> <li>Understanding of ISO standards and audit processes preferred.</li> </ul></span></p><h2><b>Location:</b></h2> <p><p>Our site in Pune is dynamic, both in our cutting-edge, innovative work, as well as our vibrant on-site food, and athletic and personal development opportunities for our employees.
