<p>We are seeking <b>HC/MC Drivers</b> to join our team, based at our<b> Kewdale</b> site.</p><p>We currently have multiple permanent positions available across both AM Shift (0500 – 1330) and Night Shift (2100 – 0500).</p><p>In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transport of containerised freight across metro operations, servicing both Wharf and Rail movements.</p><p>This role requires a safety focused and reliable driver with strong metro driving experience, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively within a fast paced transport environment.</p><p></p><p><b> Benefits:</b></p><ul><li><p>Full-time permanent positions (AM Shift or Night Shift)</p></li><li><p>Fixed roster- AM (0500 – 1330) or Night (2100 – 0500)</p></li><li><p>Competitive remuneration package</p></li><li><p>All PPE and uniforms provided</p></li><li><p>Access to Overtime and Weekend Rosters</p></li><li><p>Commitment to develop and upskill on Bulk DG &amp; Sideloader for the right candidate.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Some Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Safely operate HC or MC vehicles across metro containerised freight operations.</p></li><li><p>Complete Wharf and Rail container movements in accordance with operational schedules.</p></li><li><p>Conduct daily vehicle checks and ensure equipment is maintained to a high standard.</p></li><li><p>Ensure all freight is handled and transported safely and compliantly.</p></li><li><p>Work collaboratively with the operations team to achieve delivery targets and customer expectations.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate transport documentation and follow company procedures.</p></li><li><p>Operate with a strong commitment to safety and compliance standards at all times.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>About you:</b></p><ul><li><p>Minimum 4 years’ experience operating HC vehicles (MC preferred).</p></li><li><p>Experience within metro containerised transport operations, including Wharf or Rail movements.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of fatigue management, load restraint, and transport compliance requirements.</p></li><li><p>Physically fit with the ability to work in a fast paced operational environment.</p></li><li><p>Reliable, motivated, and safety focused with a positive attitude.</p></li><li><p>Willingness to learn, develop, and grow within the business.</p></li><li><p>Sideloader experience – preferred but not essential.</p></li><li><p>Rail &amp; Wharf inductions – preferred but not essential.</p></li><li><p>Bulk DG Licence – preferred but not essential.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>Current HC Licence minimum (MC preferred).</p></li><li><p>Minimum 4 years demonstrated HC driving experience.</p></li><li><p>Valid driver’s licence and relevant transport certifications.</p></li><li><p>Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug &amp; alcohol testing.</p></li></ul><ul><li></li></ul><p></p><p><b>About Team Global Express</b></p><p></p><p>Team Global Express (TGE) is an Australian-owned transport and logistics business delivering to Australia and New Zealand.
