POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to strengthen our platform delivery and ensure seamless deployment, monitoring, and scaling of LEXSO across government and commercial environments. In this role, you will have the ability to: <ul> <li>Work at the intersection of security, AI, and mission-critical infrastructure.</li> <li>Be part of a high-performing, multidisciplinary team delivering real-world impact.</li> <li>Opportunities for growth in cloud, cybersecurity, and sensor integration.</li> <li>Contribute to protecting US government and commercial assets with cutting-edge technology.</li> </ul> <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Design, build, and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments across staging, test, and production environments.</li> <li>Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters for LEXSO’s real-time, sensor-driven workloads.</li> <li>Containerize services using Docker (or Podman) and manage registries.</li> <li>Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent) for repeatable, scalable deployments.</li> <li>Maintain secure version control practices (Git, GitHub, GitLab, or equivalent).</li> <li>Configure, maintain, and improve monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with developers, data scientists, and sensor integration teams to accelerate feature delivery and ensure resilience in operational deployments.</li> <li>Support compliance with DoD cybersecurity and cloud security standards where applicable.</li> <li>Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are Monday-Friday standard core hours, however some extended or weekend hours may be required. </li> </ul> <h2>Required Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>2–5 years experience in DevOps, infrastructure, or cloud engineering.</li> <li>Scripting in Bash, Python, or PowerShell.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.</li> <li>Kubernetes experience (explicit, production-level).</li> <li>Containerization experience with Docker or Podman (explicit, production-level).</li> <li>Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar).</li> <li>Experience using Git or equivalent version control systems.</li> <li>Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and incident response workflows.</li> <li>Strong collaboration skills with software developers.</li> <li>Ability to attain a Secret Clearance</li> <li>May be required to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 50 lbs.
